A FEW THOUGHTS ON HISTORY

21st century living has taught me one thing.
His-story continues to be the same. International thieves, rapists and murderers,
sporting romanticized names continue to do what they have always done.

Steal, rape and kill
entire nations and races.

Concepts, systems and the names given to them may have changed
in order to represent the era of which we live. But their meaning remain the
same

Imperialism

Feudalism

Exploration

Colonization

Neo-colonization

Democracy

Trade agreements

Globalization

The same cruel system of exploitation and genocide.

International Gangstas

G1, G2.....

Propaganda machines spin their tales skillfully yet their
intentions are clear as death. They wear their global “gansta” labels and colors so prominently.

Like they have always done.

Their G crews... all “numbered” appropriately to avoid
confusion amongst themselves as to which G-Unit they belong to.

They make decisions for those of us that affects whether we
live or die. They make it difficult for us to trade with each other so we can wade through their
economic crisis which they themselves have created.

After all capitalism prospers in an atmosphere of scarcity
and hoarding. That’s how the system was created

The fewer goods to offer?

The more the cost.

Ultimately the more fingers to lick for the merchants

ALL HAIL CAPITALISM.

History is more than the past.

It’s our present

It is 2009 as a result of the policies, stages and consequences
of the European story that has for most part been mis-information spewed at the world.

What is life?

What is life?

Life is a series of journeys that I have made

Journeys of the womb

Birth

Youth

And male

Many been pleasant but for some reason most have been painfully hard.

My eyes have seen many things.

The poor robbed

Evil unleashed on the good

The fool tricked

And incredible intelligence “taken for a ride”.

I have read many episodes too

Read between the lines

I have seen how they play with words the way I play with mine.

Life has troubled me.

Made me vulnerable

Broken

Bruised

Abandoned and cast me aside.

Experienced life’s miseries

Have lost my way home

Sunken to depths

Confused and discovered the meaning of low

Not to be unfair

I have had me some joy

Held my child close even though for a while

I have felt what it means to have lost my true love

And to be stuck with the question and no reason why?

There I so much to this

Much more I have missed

So much I will never know

So many twists

So take it or leave it

I take it as I see

This is life to me

What’s yours?
